- Click on windows icon (start)
- Type cmd in search.
- Right click on cmd.exe and Run it as Administrator
- Type following command and press enter –
netsh winsock reset catalog
- You will get this message
- Successfully reset the Win sock Catalog. You must restart the computer in order to complete the reset.
- Simply restart the computer. If this not works, try #2 Solution
# 2 Solution –
- Click on windows icon (start)
- Type cmd in search.
- Right click on cmd.exe and Run it as Administrator
- Type following command and press enter –
netsh int ip reset resettcpip.txt
- You will get this message
- Resetting Interface, 0K ! Restart the computer to complete this action.
- Again Restart the computer. If this not works, try #3 Solution
#3 Solution –
Check cables, cords, connecting plug, etc. If still you are seeing the same error of no internet access, Then
- You should Contact to your ISP (Internet Service Provider)
